From the university dashboard, click “Conversations”.
From here you will be able to view all conversations by ambassador, or filter only unanswered messages by ambassador. Click on an ambassador’s name, followed by a conversation to read the conversation. Personal information, such as names, will be censored.
You will be able to mark an unanswered question as resolved if the conversation has reached an end, or you can send a message to the prospect letting them know the ambassador is not available.
